FAQ

What is an AI worker?+

A piece of software that does one job in your business on its own, like drafting quotes, asking for deposits or sorting photos, and then hands you the decision. It works in the background while you're on site.

Do I need to be good with computers?+

No. Everything is taught in plain English by a builder, not a tech person. If you can use WhatsApp and take photos on your phone, you can run this.

Will the AI send things to my customers without me?+

No. Anything that goes to a customer, moves money, books someone in or deletes something waits for your yes. The workers draft and prepare; you decide.

What does it cost?+

Founding members pay £49 a month, locked in for life, for the first 50 places. Once those places are taken, new members pay the standard £100 a month. Joining the waiting list is free. The AI tools themselves have their own costs, which we keep as low as possible and show you honestly.

What is sovereign AI?+

AI that runs on a machine you own instead of someone else's cloud. Your customers' details stay with you, your costs stay flat, and nobody can change the rules on you. We get there step by step.

Is CLM fully running on its own hardware already?+

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. CLM runs on cloud AI today and is moving to its own hardware step by step. Every step is posted in the journal.

What trades is it for?+

Any trade business that quotes, invoices and chases: builders, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, roofers, joiners, decorators. Sole traders up to firms of about ten.

I'm not in the trades. Will it work for me?+

Yes. If your business quotes, books, invoices and chases (cleaners, salons, mechanics, groomers, photographers, coaches, small agencies), the money, follow-up, marketing and office workers work the same way. Only the quoting worker changes, and we'll show you how to set it up for what you sell.

Is my data safe?+

Your business data stays yours. We never sell or share it. The whole point of the sovereign approach is that, in the end, it never needs to leave your own machine.

When does the community open?+

Founding places open to the waiting list first. Join the list and you'll hear before anyone else.

Can I cancel?+

Yes, any time once you're a member. Founding members who stay keep their locked-in price.
